Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked with the 'lightning bolt', "GLENFIELD MOD. 60 / THE MARLIN FIREARMS CO. / NORTH HAVEN, CONN. USA / CAL. 22LR ONLY". The left side of the barrel is also marked with a JM proof mark near the rear sight. The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number.
Barrel Length: 22"
Sights / Optics: The gun is mounted with a fixed ramp and blade front sight and a standard Marlin dove tail leaf and ramp rear sight. This gun is also mounted with an ALL-PRO 4x15 scope. The scope is serviceable and reasonably clear, though dusty.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock(s) is/are in a medium to dark oiled finish with the marlin leaf and squirrel stamped in the forearm and wrist. The stock is in very good condition with only a few minor dings from light handling and storage.

Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The rifling is sharp and clean. There is no evidence of erosion.
Overall Condition: This gun retains about 95% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish is gone due to light use and storage. The Screw heads are sharp and serviceable. The markings are clear. Overall, this gun rates in about fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions properly although we have not fired this gun.

Our Assessment: It’s hard to go wrong with a Marlin. This is a great little plinker, fun and cheep to shoot. A gun in this condition has been very well taken care of and will bring many more years of fun if the next owner does the same.

This gun can only be shipped to a verified adult, and it will be shipped from an FFL. It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. Please include a copy of your driver’s license with payment; this is for proof of age.
