Buyer Tip: If you're the High Bidder in an auction when it closes, don't assume you're the final High Bidder. Someone could outbid you in the final seconds of the auction if your Max Bid isn't high enough. You're not the high Bidder until you've been notified by email that you are. All Auctions are conducted in Pacific Time.

NO RESERVE!! Here's one of the more difficult to find Pre-War Smith & Wesson Revolvers. This is a super nice Smith & Wesson .357 "Non-Registered Magnum". The very same revolver as the "Registered Magnum" but made in more limited quantities and without the registration number. It is estimated that nearly four Registered Magnums were made for each Non-Registered Magnum. This revolver is in excellent condition. The barrel measures 6-1/2" in length and the rear sight is adjustable. The hammer is of the desirable "hump back" configuration. The front sight is a King's. All serial numbered parts are properly matching (frame, cylinder, ejector star, barrel and grips). The finish is completely original with no refinish or touch-up. The original high polish blue finish rates about 97-98% overall with a cylinder turn line, a small amount of muzzle edge wear and only a very few light handling marks. There is no rust or any pitting. No significant scratches or dings. The original Magna grips are excellent with very light wear and only one exceedingly small chip (1/32") missing from the upper corner of the left panel. The mechanics are in perfect working order with good timing and lock-up. The bore and chambers are excellent as well. This excellent revolver comes in the original box which is in very good shape showing only minor shelf wear but no damage or repairs. Also included is the S&W factory letter which indicates this revolver was shipped in July of 1940. Non-Registered Magnums are rather scarce in excellent condition and this is truly a very fine example! Buyer pays $25.00 shipping. Your C&R License is acceptable for transfer if permitted in your area.

SORRY, BUT I CANNOT END ANY AUCTION EARLY…… PLEASE DON'T ASK!

------> AUCTION TERMS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING <-------

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Bidder to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and/or guns known to be at least 50 years old).
California Residents: Many older handguns cannot be shipped into Calfornia due to State Restrictions. If the handgun in this auction is not on the current California Roster of Certified Handguns, please do not bid! The list can be checked here: CALIFORNIA HANDGUN ROSTER. C&R Handguns are exempt from this restriction however California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R HANDGUNS direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a licensed 01 dealer must be used. I can only ship LONG GUNS directly to a California C&R holder.

Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.)

Large capacity magazine restrictions:
New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only.
California - 10 rounds maximum for all magazines.
Maryland - 20 rounds maximum for all magazines.

NO PAYPAL! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL!!
