This COLT 1980 Olympics ACE .22LR is one of 200 Ace pistols made to commemorate the 1980 Moscow Olympics. It has an adjustable rear sight on the deeply scroll- engraved slide, with a banner reading "1980 OLYMPIC GAMES MOSCOW, RUSSIA", and images of the torch runner, the Russian Flag, and the American Shield on the left side, and the NRA Logo, American Flag, two shooters and "ACE .22 LONG RIFLE COLT HARTFORD, CT." on the right. The frame is fitted with beautifully scroll-engraved pewter grips. On the right side is the Colt "Coat-of-Arms" and on the left side, the "Federal Eagle". This COLT ACE comes in a French-fitted, red velvet lined hardwood case with a Bronze Plaque on the lid reading "1980 OLYMPIC GAMES" and another Bronze Plaque on the inside.
